Nesta página você visualiza, responde e gerencia os comentários dos vídeos do canal YouTube conectado ao Norux.

**Como acessar**

Acesse **Comunicação e Marketing → Redes Sociais → Comentários YouTube**.

**Carregando comentários**

1. Selecione uma **Conexão YouTube** na lista
2. Clique em **Carregar Vídeos** para listar as publicações do canal conectado
3. Selecione um vídeo na lista — os comentários aparecem na coluna lateral
4. Você também pode pesquisar diretamente pelo **ID do vídeo** e clicar em **Buscar Comentários**

**Gerenciando comentários**

| Ação                | O que faz                                                 |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Responder**       | Publica uma resposta ao comentário diretamente no YouTube |
| **Editar resposta** | Edita uma resposta já publicada pelo dono do canal        |
| **Excluir**         | Remove o comentário ou a resposta do YouTube              |

**Limitações**

* Comentários podem estar desabilitados em alguns vídeos — nesses casos, a lista aparece vazia
* Tokens OAuth expiram periodicamente — se a conexão falhar, reconecte o canal na página de **Sessões**
