# Habilitar Z-API

O Z-API é um serviço externo pago que permite conectar números de WhatsApp ao Norux via QR Code (API não oficial). Nesta página você cadastra as credenciais globais da sua conta Z-API para habilitar a criação de canais.

#### Como acessar

No painel administrativo, acesse **Configurações → Integrações → Z-API**.

#### Campos da integração

| Campo          | Descrição                                                                                                                       |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **URL da API** | URL base do serviço Z-API — padrão: `https://api.z-api.io`. Altere somente se estiver usando uma instância self-hosted do Z-API |
| **Global Key** | Chave de autenticação global gerada no painel da sua conta Z-API                                                                |

#### Próximos passos

**Criar um canal WhatsApp Z-API**

Com as credenciais salvas, crie o canal para que as mensagens cheguem ao Norux:

1. Acesse **Canais → Adicionar Canal**
2. Selecione o tipo **WhatsApp Z-API**
3. Selecione a sessão Z-API correspondente ao número que deseja conectar
4. Preencha o nome do canal e as configurações de atribuição (fila ou usuário)
5. Salve

A partir daí, as mensagens recebidas nesse número chegam como tickets no Norux.
