# Habilitar SMS

## Habilitar SMS

Nesta página você cadastra os tokens dos provedores de SMS integrados ao Norux. Com ao menos um token configurado, é possível enviar mensagens de texto via SMS durante os atendimentos.

**Como acessar**

No painel administrativo, acesse **Configurações → Integrações → SMS**.

**Campos da integração**

O Norux suporta três provedores de SMS. Configure o token de cada provedor que deseja utilizar:

As alterações são salvas automaticamente. Você pode configurar múltiplos provedores e escolher qual utilizar no momento do envio.

**Dicas de uso**

* Mantenha os tokens atualizados conforme renovação nos painéis de cada provedor
* Verifique o saldo disponível diretamente no site do provedor antes de usar
* Use SMS para confirmações, notificações e atendimentos em canais onde o WhatsApp não está disponível
