## Canal Youtube

O canal YouTube conecta uma conta ao Norux para que comentários de vídeos cheguem como atendimentos. A conexão é feita via OAuth Google — é necessário ter as credenciais Google configuradas previamente.

**Pré-requisito:** configure as credenciais OAuth do Google em Configurações → Apps → Google antes de criar o canal.

**Como acessar**

No painel administrativo, acesse **Canais → Adicionar Canal** e selecione o tipo **YouTube**.

**Criando o canal**

| Campo             | Descrição                                             |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **Tipo de Canal** | YouTube (Beta)                                        |
| **Nome do Canal** | Nome de identificação interno do canal                |
| **Canal padrão**  | Define este canal como padrão para novos atendimentos |

Após preencher o nome, expanda as seções opcionais:

| Seção                     | O que configura                                          |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Atribuições**           | Fila e agente padrão para os atendimentos recebidos      |
| **Mensagem de Despedida** | Mensagem enviada ao encerrar o atendimento               |
| **Webhook do Canal**      | URL externa que recebe notificações dos eventos do canal |
| **Recursos do Canal**     | Funcionalidades adicionais habilitadas para este canal   |

Clique em **Criar Canal** para concluir. Após criar, autorize a conexão com a conta Google via OAuth.
